Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Yellow Power Systems. We strive to process and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • We currently only ship to the contiguous United States.
  • Due to battery transportation regulations, portable power stations containing lithium batteries can only be shipped Ground.
  • Free shipping on orders of $500 or more.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • UPS Ground: 3–7 business days

Delivery estimates begin once the order has been shipped and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the packaging and product.
  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@yellowpowersystems.com.
  • Include your order number and photos.

For lost shipments, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with an investigation.

Returns Due to Delivery Issues

If a package is returned due to:

  • An incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Failure to receive the package after delivery attempts

the customer may be responsible for any reshipping fees.
