Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Yellow Power Systems. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in good condition and include all original accessories and packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on non-warranty returns.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to refuse returns if:

  • The product has been intentionally damaged, modified, or misused.
  • Significant components or accessories are missing.
  • The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery.

2-Year Limited Warranty

All power stations sold by Yellow Power Systems are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in:

  • Materials
  • Workmanship
  • Manufacturing
  • Internal electrical components
  • Battery systems under normal use

What We Will Do

If a valid warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace the product with the same or an equivalent model.

Free Warranty Return Shipping

For approved warranty claims, Yellow Power Systems will provide free return shipping and cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you. Please contact our support team before returning any warranty item so we can provide shipping instructions.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage to the outer housing, enclosure, or casing
  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper storage
  • Cosmetic damage including dents, scratches, cracks, or discoloration
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage resulting from improper charging, improper installation, or use outside the product specifications
  • Normal wear and tear

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To start a warranty claim, contact us with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem (if applicable)

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
