If you are not happy with your purchase or want to return it for any reason, we will issue a shipping label and refund you 100% within the first 60 days.
If there is any damage or malfunction caused by standard use, we will repair it for free or you can return it for a 100% refund within the first year. If any of your appliances are damaged due to use of the MicroRaptor we will refund you up to $500 for the item. Our only requirement is that you tell us how and when it broke and send us the MicroRaptor and/or the damaged appliance (shipping is on us). A refund will be issued after we receive the MicroRaptor and/or the damaged appliance.
